Led all aspects of operations, human resources, strategic planning, project management and personnel development as the most senior enlisted leader for an organization with 5,500+ employees and 35K base population.

Earned 2021 Top Air Force Installation Finalist recognition, by revitalizing all human capital operations for 3.2K personnel operating the Air Force’s largest air refueling enterprise.

Led team of 130 HR managers and oversaw all aspects of HR and employee engagement at 80 geographically separate global locations. Directly impacted 22K+ employees. Set the standards and created HR policy and doctrine that guided employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, training and development, performance coaching and discipline. Planned and led the first virtual HR manager training summit in 7 years to better prepare 1,300 HR managers USAF-wide. Set the standard for virtual training that kept HR leaders engaged and trained during COVID. Served as an advisor to executive leadership team on the interpretation of HR laws such as EEO, FMLA and ADA. Clearly conveyed policies, procedures and regulations and led initiatives that fostered organization-wide consistency in accordance with regulations. Traveled among locations and audited operations. Gathered employee concerns, assessed grievances, evaluated problems, championed recognition programs and resolved escalated issues.

Managed workforce training and development and succession planning for up to 135 employees. Served as subject matter expert in production, sustainment and staffing allocation planning and sustainment plans that were key to reducing repair cycle pipeline from 31 days to less than 2 days leading organization to be recognized as #1 of 6.

Provided HR guidance to senior leaders for organization with up to 270 employees regarding hiring, termination, discipline and policy interpretation. Developed staffing plans, created and enforced HR policy and procedure and managed employee relations programs. Investigated and resolved complex problems within regulatory boundaries.
