I led the Auckland team, delivering projects for major clients across the country. I assisted Product Owners with backlog refinement, coached the team and facilitated the whole delivery process via Scrum.

This role combined ongoing process improvement, project management and overall schedule management, to get the whole agency firing on all cylinders. I significantly improved project management and development practices, including the adoption of Agile techniques and QA frameworks.

I managed all aspects of planning and delivering simultaneous web and mobile projects for various clients. A key project was the HSBC Business Thinking online campaign. I also managed the relationship with another key long-term client, and coordinated delivery of iterative developments to their website.

I managed small, medium and landmark projects in a combination of PRINCE2 and AGILE environments. I also pioneered the adoption of the Scrum framework, clarifying processes and roles, and conducting workshops for team members and stakeholders. I also initiated the first social media channels for Cambs CC.
