I'm basically the middle man between the customers and technicians. I provide exquisite customer service to every customer that arrive into our Service Drive by gathering key information regarding their vehicle maintenance and or repairs. This information is used to generate a Repair Order that is forwarded to one of our many Ford Certified Technicians who then starts to service, diagnosis or repair the vehicle. Each vehicle is also carefully inspected and any concern, recommendations or diagnosis are then communicated back to the customer for further authorization.
