Cirka Fitness provided fitness & weight loss by spending just about 20 hours per quarter. Workout regime consisted of a 30 minute guided exercise thrice a week supplemented with healthy natural diet. The centre used non-injurious & easy to use hydraulic machines meant to be used by any person starting from the age of early teens.This was the first such centre to have started in Mumbai, and among the first few in India. In hindsight its easy to see that it was too early for a market where walking/running is still the most common exercise, and even the traditional iron weight gyms are struggling to make serious inroads.Cirka was running a solo centre at Juhu in Mumbai, India
