Dennis Hall is employed full-time by the State of California, Governor's Office of Emergency Services, managing programs addressing aid and recovery for victims of violent crime. He is an entrepreneur, writer as well.Dennis began his career while in college studying aviation maintenance at Sacramento City College. Threshold employed him as an electrical assembler. He soldered and built retail and commercial amplifiers for audiophiles and top recording artists in the late 1970s such as KISS. Next, Exploration Logging, Inc., a company that made data-logging systems for global gas and oil exploration, hired him as a mechanical assembler/machinist apprentice. He learned global energy economics. He invested in US oil and gas stock securities that then significantly ascended in value. He profited enough selling his stocks to launch and complete his college career, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1984 from California State University, Sacramento. During college Dennis aspired to be an author. He wrote manuscripts. Following graduation he worked in banking while writing after hours. In 1987 he teamed up with techno-thriller, military genre author Dale Brown after Dale's first novel Flight of the Old Dog. As a duo team their ensuing seven novels each earned rankings on The New York Times Bestsellers List. Over half a billion novels sold are out in the world created by Dennis Hall, Dale Brown from 1987-1994. They are published in over a dozen languages, and in addition to print, are in audio and digital formats as well. Their seven novels are: Silver Tower, Day of the Cheetah, Hammerheads, Skymasters, Night of the Hawk, Chains of Command, and Storming Heaven. Further, Dennis entered into a business partnership with Malcolm Forbes (Forbes magazine) in 1989.Dennis in 2006 produced for public television the documentary titled America's Team, Being a US Air Force Thunderbirds. 52,000,000 viewers 2007. Dennis in 2019 collaboratively entered into an artist licensing agreement with apparel sock manufacturer Merge4.com along with master watercolor artist David Lobenberg. Merge4.com markets their Thunderbirds pairs of socks. It features David Lobenberg's painting of the United States Air Force Thunderbirds air-demonstration team. Dennis co-owned Sip California (2012-18) that increased customer traffic into California wineries tasting rooms, olive oil tasting rooms, breweries, distilleries.Since 1992 Dennis nominates people to US military Public Affairs Officers for their inviting them out on military embarks and exercises.
