  Mr. Flanagan joined Traffic Control Corporation (TCC) in 2015 as a sales representative and has since been promoted several times. He currently serves as one of TCC's Regional Managers, overseeing sales and service in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. In this capacity, he manages 10 sales representatives and 5 field service technicians and maintains strict standards for the quality of products and solutions provided to customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.Douglas has been instrumental in several projects in Indiana, including the installation of Econolite's traffic cabinets and controllers on IndyGo's Red and Purple Lines. He also led the upgrade of INDOT's state-wide controller and communications system, involving the deployment of thousands of Cobalt controllers and cellular modems over the last five years. Additionally, he oversaw the installation and integration of West Lafayette's first Centracs ATMS system.
