My professional and personal focus has always been to write. My love of the written word extends beyond simply creating to include reviewing, editing, and critiquing as well. I have worked on the student paper at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts - The Beacon - as an A&E Writer, A&E Editor, and Features Editor. After graduation, I worked at The Manchester Journal, a weekly news publication for the Manchester, Vt region. I also have extensive restaurant experience, both from my personal cooking hobby and my previous jobs. I have managed Oh Crepe!, a creperie on Main Street in North Adams, MA, worked as waitstaff at Ramuntos Pizza, and rotated through a variety of positions at Hot Tomatoes. Additionally, I have been honing my interpersonal skills for over a decade by working directly with the public in retail settings. I have held several keyholder positions wherein I was responsible for balancing registers, counting opening/closing cash, and tending to deposits.
