Organizing and control the business structure of call center;Preparation and control over staff schedule and working hours;Control over received orders & solution of order related problems;Control over maintenance & fuel costs of the fleet/ Suggestions over the fleet control optimization;Dealing with preparation of the department effectiveness statistics reports and contribution to business effectiveness;

Preparation of weekly/monthly corporate client reports;Solution of customer based problems & control over customer satisfaction;
