Administrative Analyst
CurrentRole includes a number of project support and coordination duties, including the following:-Oversight and administrator-level management of an Oracle-sourced database used by civil service and contracted programs for the purpose of reporting staff demographics, language capacity;provides training and technical support for all user questions; facilitates data submission/updating;fields requests from program managers for data extraction and report generation.-Coordination, management, and oversight of the use of interpretation/translation services, servingas the intermediary between clinicians/program management and vendors; ensuring client languageneeds are met; documenting requests for language support; build rapport and manage vendorrelations to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.▪-Collaborates with DPH Budget and Fiscal teams to initiate creation of purchase orders; maintainsrecords of all expenditures and related documentation to facilitate payment processes; monitorspurchase order balances and initiates funding extensions as needed.-Coordinator for special projects such as the lead for a BHS Multicultural Student StipendProgram; conducting outreach across multiple systems of care; liaison for all inquiries from interns,overseeing application and award processes; organizing and promoting required training session(s)for interns, collaborating with DPH Fiscal to ensure award funds are secured and dispersed in atimely manner.-Initiated the development and eventual launching of pilot program to grant contracted providersaccess to interpretation vendors; consulted with Budget team to ensure existence of sufficientfunds; designed initial structure of the pilot and justification for its creation; wrote communicationsto announce rollout and conducted subsequent outreach at provider meetings amongst communitypartners; monitor all related expenditures and manage requests for support.
