My team oversee a weekly payroll in excess of 2 million dollars to more than 2000 workers.Having spent 20 years in the Recruitment Industry I have worked across both front and back office operations as well as on the vendor side, having spent 8 and a half years, implementing enterprise level software, with the leading recruitment software provider in Australia.I’m an abstract thinker who loves nothing more than finding solutions to difficult/unsolvable problems. I like to know how things work and have developed the ability to looks at problems from different perspectives to find a way through or around it. I have a passion for personal and professional growth which is best demonstrated when I taught myself SQL so that I could write complex reports to help analyse business performance, improve business process and identify growth opportunities.What I really love about my job is that I get to work so many different people from diverse backgrounds with their own life experiences.
