To greatly improve efficiency, I changed the existing model to an "assembly line" model, where each person specialize in the best they do. My partners was in charge of acquiring, filtering prospects and schedule appointments. I rode a scooter (to save time) to only show apartments and make sales. The application had to be designed with local storage and syncing capabilities.
