I was hired to develop the go-to-market strategy for a start-up that was awaiting FDA approval for its first veterinary drug, in a brand new disease claim. It was a marketing professional's dream -- total clean slate, though not an ideal budget; we had to boot-strap it. I guided everything from positioning to advertising to distribution to technical.

Managed a variety of international and N. American products, some novel and others in competitive me-too categories. During this phase of my career I also wrote technical bulletins, managed tradeshows and advertising, and worked closely with in-country professionals to better tailor centralized promotional campaigns to local audiences. Earned MBA at NYU.
