Responsible for strategic planning and change management for the ALP including business development activities, syllabus development/revision and talent acquisition/on-boarding. Coordinates all aspects of tactical planning for TDE and clients to ensure all syllabus requirements/activities are completed within the proscribed aggressive training timeline. Maintain situational awareness on all parts of the business and develop innovative leadership training, high performance strategies and business growth goals.
