• Controlling, monitoring, and optimizing the building’s facilities, mechanical and electrical equipment for comfort, safety and efficiency. • Operation and maintenance of access control system, fire alarm system, CCTV system, SCADA, VESDA and WLD system. • Monitoring of split unit ACs-Monitoring of trip, run and auto/manual status of each of the split units. • Monitoring and control of UPS-Monitoring the main status, trip status, battery status of each ups, also the on/off control of each UPS. • Monitoring of DG set-Monitoring the DG tank height, on/off/trip status and temperature sensor of DG. • Water leak detection system and VESDA are monitored at EBI through DDC controller. • Responsibility for ensuring tools activity material all reports and check list. • Carrying the preventive maintenance as per daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly schedule. • Generating all the reports (both SCADA and BMS) and updating daily readings as per format. • Collect all the readings from the BTS sites and ensure that whole works are up to date there if not help the technician in taking action immediately.
