I am premedical student, I recently graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and B.A. in Psychology with Honors Distinction from USF and I am hoping to pursue a MD/PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Neuropsychology. I am currently working at the McCrae Sleep Research Lab as a Project Coordinator. I have experience as a Research Assistant in Dr. Gulick's Research Lab at the USF Byrd Alzheimers Institute for addiction and neuroscience as well as a Research Assistant for Dr. Ji Li at USF MCOM for cardiovascular surgery. I was also a Research Coordinator for the Undergraduate Research Society (URS) where I was leading five research projects on topics including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, alcoholism, anemia, benzodiazepines in anesthesia, and mental health. Additionally, I am leading an independent study under Dr. Lindy Davidson at the Judy Genshaft Honors College working towards implementing art therapy into curriculum.
