Strengthening Rural Local Governance for Health under 15th Finance Commission in Bihar

-Helped Garhwa District Administration (a left wing extremism affected) in planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives under Transformation of Aspirational District Programme (TADP). Garhwa has won funds of INR 10 crores from NITI Aayog during my tenure based on improvement in indicators of the TADP. - Conceptualised with the district administration and wrote proposal for strengthening public health facilities in Garhwa district. We set up centralised oxygen facility for 100 beds at the District Hospital before the devastating 2nd COVID wave. We were the first such District Hospital in the state of Jharkhand. -Conceptualized and managed several other initiatives aimed at improving public services delivery like Kanyawani for empowering young women, Digital Hemoglobin meter to track anemic cases, VHSND monitoring and data-based tracking of welfare programs-Coordinated among multiple stakeholders on a war footing to implement the district-wise framework for tracking, testing, and treating the affected people based on Central guidelines and procuring essentials during the 1st wave of Covid19 in Garhwa

-Part of Core Team which designed and executed the victorious election campaign strategies for a national level party in Punjab and a regional party in Andhra Pradesh involving innovative large-scale mass-outreach campaigns like YSR Kutumbam, Rachabonda, Halke Vich Captain and Coffee with Captain-Led a team of 28 people for on-ground execution of a national-level campaign (National Agenda Forum) to promote issue-based voting.
