Market Development:Carrying out the process of achieving sales by meeting with various Distributors & Retailers. Understanding the needs of the Retailers & Distributer on an individual level and providing them the requisite solutionsAchieving sales targets:Ensuring that the budgeted sales volumes and revenues are met with, so as to achieve business results. This is done through field visits, i.e. visiting distributors, retailers, etc in territory and thus making the sales. Achieving collections target is a critical part of the jobSales Planning: Setting territory targets in consultation with the respective regional Distributors based on the Zonal sales plan. In addition, operational planning for the way in which the sales targets can be achieved in the territory. These plans have to be in sync with the Zonal plans as discussed with the Zonal Business Managers Managing Distribution:Carrying out field visits so as to meet with distributors and retailers and thus achieving sales by understanding their demands and providing appropriate solutions. Also taking orders from them and coordinating the process with the respective administrative assistant Service Delivery:Assuring service delivery to end customers, retailers and distributors in the Territory
