Adventure Recruitment is a professional and niche recruitment firm with specialization in hiring for Video Game, Animation, Social Media, and entertainment industry.I joined Adventure Recruitment as “Trainee Headhunter” and in a short span of three months were promoted to a Recruiter. Since our hiring was primarily for super niche market and skills with very specific specializations, the dependency of identifying candidates used to be limited to pure headhunting and going through various publications and credits. I adopted proactive recruitment approach by building an internal database of candidates who can potentially be contacted for future requirements.
