• Communicate with liaison offices of global clothing brands /garments/ buying houses and represent the organization. • Convince customers regarding products/services. • Visit the clients on regular basis. • Present PowerPoint presentation regarding products and usages manual to customer.• Recommend products to customers, based on customer needs and interests. • Work effectively alongside other departments to ensure an integrated approach to customers. • Coordinate the team as a member of the team. • Continually updates information on local market trends and competition. • Assists in dealing with payments problems as required. • Meets with customers after sales to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction with services provided. • Creating Proposals, and presentations and preparing reports for management on excel and PowerPoint, Customer complaints & compensation, statement of sales advance, and sales against L/C or cash.

•Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries/orders/complaints (through e- mails, phone) following set guidelines.•Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations.•Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.•Maintain professional working relationship with internal and external customers.•Arrange workshop for battling of mold & focus customer warehouse “how to keep their goods well along with moisture free. •Audit factory warehouse & make report to give the better suggestion.
