This include preparation of the MRD/ PRD, product launch presentations, early customer access, API portal and testing, post launch feedback and features prioritisation. The platform is being used by major Automotive and Healthcare IoT users. I have traveled to most of the major US metros, France, China and Japan to provide full Systems training for Impinj customers including the ItemSense and Gateway products. Responsible for goto market strategy for RFID solutions across the globe.During my time we implemented the worlds largest RFID based asset tracking system with our 100 Millions assets tagged covering 50 odd record center facilities worldwide. This was world first system to provide and automated audit service at this scale.I have developed partnership with some of the major Disaster Recover vendors such as Datto, EMC, HP and Seagate. I led the launch of Iron Cloud Disaster Recover as a Service (DRaas) and Cloud Data Replication services. One of the early customer is a multi National Vaccine manufacturer utilising the DRaaS service to protect their IT and OT infrastructure across four major manufacturing facilities.I oversaw a team of project managers, sales enablement and partner managers for effective delivery and lifecycle of all Data Management solutions. I chaired the weekly product lifecycle and enhancement meeting which resulted in greater customer success.I was the Chair of Cloud Services issue resolution team and facilitated weekly triage with sales, solutions engineering, project management and data center teams.

This was the draw card for boutique retailers. This lead to several rfid implemented. I led a team of Standards developers and my team was responsible for issuing scientific licenses for increased power RFID device. This eventually lead us to work with Australian Communication and Media Authority to allow for higher power RFID readers in Australia. I completed the testing requirements and standards development as required by ACMA and senate committee for spectrum.I co-chaired the local Electronic Product Code standards development and participated in various Standards Australia and ISO standards development initiatives for the further development t of IoT RFID standards.

Software development engineer for RFID applications. Travelled to Microsoft RFID labs in Redmond, WA working on biztalk Rfid framework.I was the primary developer for the world first RFID smart shelf system at an Indian Retail store. I implemented the usecases for Over or Under stock notification, misplaced items and potential shrinkage.I also travelled to Savannah Georgia to implement a large cross docking solution to comply with Walmart RFID mandate for rfid tags at pallet and carton level.I mentored new software developer and worked with the team to develop enterprise software solution using IBM Websphere and Edge computing services.
