As part of Dell's APJ Business Operations team, I am involved in Run-the-Business operations to maintain the P/L statement, improve business health and sales performance, and execute strategy projects from the CXO level.Predominantly, I have worked with smaller teams while taking up greater responsibility and reporting directly to senior management. Some of the responsibilities included executing department wide projects, streamlining operations, guiding and monitoring the development of junior associates and reporting the overall performance and growth.Adaptability and perseverance are my key strengths and I have a mindset for continuous learning. My hobbies include playing chess, creating playlists and strumming the guitar. And, I am always available for a game of pool or snooker.
