JAL JEEVAN MISSION-JJM-•Playing a supervisory role for managing various projects at SAKH Foundation, which includes JJM, Solid Waste Management, Plastic Waste Management, Grey Water Management, Water safety Plans, WQ, IEC & community mobilisation for management and maintenance of resource created for its sustainability. •The project is working with principle of inclusivity targeting empowerment of PRI, Community Based Institution, WSHGs, WUG and other stakeholders improving their livelihood through socio-economic empowerment, thus bring improvement in living condition of these stakeholder.•Prepared CB & IEC guideline from state level to blocks level for implementation ODF+ and SWM & PWM.2nd Project on-FINANCIAL LITERACY, RBI SUPPORTED PROGRAMME-•Under the RBI CFL program running in 11 CFL centres consisting of 33 blocks, Financial Literacy has been kept as a key indicator for success. •RFD was prepared to accomplish proper implementation and awareness generation of banking products and social security schemes like PMJJBY, PMSBY and APY among 18+ targeted group. •Prepared a Robust monitoring system to regularise submission of reports and data under •outcome indicators through proper data analysis work•Documentation of success story and case base stories where there were some complain related to fraud and cases where the beneficiaries were outrightly freed from the clutches of money lenders.3rd Project - ELMS Sports Foundation supported "Chhalaang Project"- A physical literacy and sports excellence promotion project with a vision of creating and disseminating sports knowledge. The Project is being Implemented in 50 identified schools falling under 3 blocks (Simdega, Pakartand, and Thathaitangar) of Simdega district. The main goal surrounds around promotion of physical literacy and sports excellence, with a vision to create and disseminate world-class sports knowledge amongst all Indians.

•Worked for Poverty Pockets of 3 ULBs of Patna district for refurbishment of sanitation facilities, organising hygiene promotion activities, promotion of MHM activities for adolescent girls and mother’s groups.•Development of various CB modules of WASH and Win HCF team including health workers Coordination with Mission Director NHM, District Collectors, CMO to achieve the target of Swachh Swasth Sarvatra.•Reviewed various Health and livelihood schemes of government, special focus on MHM and other relevant cross cutting issues involving adolescent girls and PWLM (Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers).•Worked with LSBA, Bihar and jointly planned activities for SBM-G, SWM program and its implementation strategy.•Organized orientation program for rural and urban stakeholder in Swachh Survekshan Indicators and also disseminated successful case stories of different parts of India. •Supported the LSBA in collection, compilation of best practices around home composting, waste segregation, panchayat and block level Swachhta events and competition on achieving ODF+ panchayat and blocks

•Development of State level guidelines focusing the role & responsibility of Jalshiya, VWSC and other key stakeholders. •Mason Training module was developed for DWSD, Jharkhand to be used by PRIs and CBOs for field level toilet construction work. MIS and M& E tools development collection, compilation, and analysis of data at State and report generation and submission to GSF, Geneva.•Developed coffee table book for Koderma district consisting of best practices in making the block ODF, this work was recognised by District and State. •A Human Chain activity was implemented for disseminating the idea of ODF blocks and achieving the result kept for ODF with various institution and sports celebrities of Jharkhand.

•Developed various training modules, communication and state specific behavior change guidelines, tools for district, block, PRI’s and VWSC’s along with partners like WATERAID & UNICEF.•Prepare various documents focusing NGP and Waste Management for government and other stakeholders, developed themes for media visits, web stories, etc.•Prepared a Robust monitoring system to regularise submission of reports and data under outcome indicators through proper data analysis work.•Documentation work- Prepared like NGP booklet, NGP guideline, various hygiene, sanitation guidelines based on NBA guidelines for stakeholders.• KAP study and script for various video and audio clips was also developed in Hindi and Chattisgarhi.• Organised dissemination workshop for the learning that happens in WASH for State, District and block level officials

•Prepare Action Plan, Budget and IEC/HRD Plans, Annual Implementation plans, Conceptualisation of PIP and drafting case studies on regional and district level intervention related to water, sanitation and hygiene program.•Support the program staff at State/Regional Level in implementation of SLWM AND WASH plans.•Develop monitoring tools and organised workshop for disseminating GoI guidelines of NRDWP and its provisions. •Coordinated timely submission of report and data under the online monitoring system •Monitoring of various toilet and design and finding out the gaps of information and based on those gaps organised CB activities and workshops.•Identified various training agency and partners to provide hand holding support for organising BCC workshop.

Total Sanitation Campaign (TSC), Swajaldhara , PRAKALP, Gaya, Begusarai, BIHAR Job accomplished:-Preparation of annual action plan for TSC and SwajaldharaIdentification of NGOs and other partners with facilitation from UNICEF and SWSC /DWSC.Organize and facilitate orientation workshop for district team and NGO partners on TSC, SSHE and Swajaldhara.Organize Block Level orientation workshopsSupport DWSC in establishing regular monitoring, reliable data collection and reporting systemOrganise awareness campaign on TSC, Swajaldhara among PRIs VWSC and block level officials.Organise mason training in different blocks and assure availability of rural toilet pans at block Level and district level.Coordinate with NGO partners and others in the implementation of TSC, Swajaldhara Coordinate with DDC and Executive Engineer and DEO/DPC and other key Govt. officials.Develop data base of the district.Facilitate the district level meeting and prepare minutes of meetings.Organize training and IEC activity as per annual action plan.Preparation of case study and other documentation work.Worked in close coordination with various government departments like Health, Education, ICDS for implementation of WASH program in the district.

•Impact evaluation of Swa-Shakti project, Total sanitation Campaign Jharkhand and Swawalamban Project / Swayamsidha Project, WDC, Bihar. •Monitored & Evaluated performance of voluntary organisations, NGOs, Imparted training to research associates/Investigators etc. Planned and deployed field personnel etc.

The above project basically related to Solid Based Management and a process of recycling of waste through resource recovery as an important component. This programme basically points out for education and awareness generation of community for their environment and how can they manage to keep it clean. This programme works with hand to hand with municipality of the urban society and a good support by Government of Jharkhand.Things done:o Making analytical plan and reports.o Liaison with Ranchi Municipal Corporation.o Community mobilisation.o Awareness generation on Cleanliness at school, colleges.o Networking with Government organizations, NGO’s and Voluntary organization working under the same kind of projects.o Development of IEC material.• Management of Solid Waste Management through waste recycling following resource recovery tools.•Monitor Safai Karmchari/ Mitra for collection of waste from each pocket and proper disposal of SWM and working for material recovery facility and development of composting pit for wet waste and other sold to recycler for further recycling of dry waste.

• Successfully handled 18 core staff of NBJK.• Completed monitoring and evaluation studies for feasibility of IGA in Ramgarh through market and bank linkages successfully. • Liaised with LEO, BDO and organized and facilitated various capacity development activities and orientation of SHG under SWASHAKTI project. • Liaised with Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry & Allied Sciences (RINPAS) Government of Jharkhand, India for referring children suffering from various mental retardation, learning disability or from epilepsy. • Worked closely for RCH project which deals with FP and Nutrition and Women & Child Nutrition.
