I am a B.Pharm with about 31 years of experience in the Pharma manufacturing unit handling the Sterile , Aseptic practices for Dry Powder, Liquids, blood bags, Oncology, Lyophilized drugs, along with OSD forms of Regulated and Non-regulated pharma manufacturing units . I had started my carrier at Armour Chemicals Ltd, Bhopal a plant with Lyophiliser for sterile preparation and formulations of capsules and moved to Aristo Pharma Ltd, Mandideep, Bhopal then to Core Parenterals Ltd, in the Critical Care Division, then to IPCA Labs Ltd, Athal, Silvassa,then to Alkem labs, ltd Daman, and moved to Cipla Oncocare Unit, Goa and back at Alkem labs Ltd, Sikkim. My goal is to achieve a value driven targeted out put to the highest level, where I am stationed.Specialties: I had been handling the Injectables in it's all the forms that is both dry powder and liquid Injectables.. Also I have exposure of handling the Lyophiliser, Critical Care Divisions, Parenteral Oncological Products along with in hand exposure to other oral facility such as tablet, Pallet manufacturing, Capsule, dry syrup, Ointment as well as Liquid orals etc. Also I have handled FDA,MHRA, ANVISA, TGA, etc with success being the unit head or plant in-charge. Also handled the Betalactum plant which had all the regulatory audits successfully qualified.
