Current- Project Collaboration: Successfully transitioned network communication from RS485 to Fiber Optic in the 'Project PAMA Jembayan PLTS Rooftop 47.96 kWp & Containerize BESS Solar PV 288.64 kWp/60 kWh,' reducing costs by 48% and minimizing maintenance with armored fiber optic cables.- Network Issue Resolution: Diagnosed and resolved a critical loopback issue within the communication network at the PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa PLTS Rooftop project, which required reconfiguring several devices to restore network functionality.- Network Installation & Termination: Led the installation and termination of communication cables and network devices at the PLTS Rooftop TARA - PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. Plant Cikampek (3.53 MWp), correcting initial setup errors made during the early phase by technicians.- Security Enhancements: Improved office and warehouse security with battery-backed CCTV systems, allowing monitoring via mobile and desktop devices.- Attendance Optimization: Reduced salary discrepancies by implementing remotely controlled attendance machines to prevent duplicate submissions and falsified attendance data.- Data Digitization: Developed local databases for easier, paperless information processing. - Outsource Database: Created a platform to track outsourced worker data, including locations, performance assessments, and personal information. - CV Database: Implemented a system to summarize office worker profiles, personal data, and training records. - SPJ Reminder: Automated email reminders for SPJ submissions, notifying admins at intervals of H-7, H-3, and H-1.
