- Responsible for managing the sales, product and procurement department - Develop Foodgears Singapore Sales team Route-to- Market Strategy & sourcing new product to sales team & identify growth opportunities, implement profitability objectives to ensure sustainable sales growth, accountable for P&L.- Set up annual objectives of growth development aligned with the organization's vision, missions, and values.- Looking for opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships withcustomers, supplier and trade associations.- Aware of significant market trends and perform complex analysis of possible business opportunities

- Manage a group of key accounts (Café de coral, Fairwood, Starbuck, Pacific Coffee, Maxims, McDonald, Wynn resort, MGM & Pizza Express) from end to end. Develop, maintain, and strengthen excellent business relationship with clients, and to provide professional after-sales service, as well as to expand the client network to explore new business opportunities.- Manage coffee & Beverage operation team to hit the company goal and make sure the team operation running smooth- Mainly in-charge below brand: O’lait ESL milk, Vittoria coffee, Candia Professional, MG, Dairy partner from UK, Orlicoffee work, Astoria Espresso machine

- Manage HK & Macau client ( Incude Maxims, Wynn, Four Season Macau, MGM, Euro Go Go)- Manage Foodgears Coffee Barista and service team

Starting up Foodgears coffee business and In charge Vittoria coffee (HK and Macau area)

Mainly develop Restaruant and catering business opportunity
