Focus-driven with 20+ years of experience in the fast-paced tech industry, running and operating multiple tech companies. Co-founded MPS Multimedia, Inc. in 1992 at the age of 19 with the drive to make it succeed and became one of the largest nationwide multimedia mail-order companies. Experience from the ground up, with hiring, sales, purchasing, accounting, training, workflows and procedures to operate a $30 million distribution company of licensed and published CD-ROM software for PC & Mac. Co-produced hit PC Games (which sold millions at retail) and console games on Nintendo. As the industry shifted to mobile, spearheaded product development and project management for 800+ mobile apps launched on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Windows Phone Store and others. Going back to the grass roots of family's 50 years of combined real estate experience, a second generation Realtor and a native of San Francisco, both Jeff and his wife Eva, have teamed up with Compass helping families find their place in this world.

With prior video and graphics work experience, built our business plan & sales strategy around multimedia. Custom built high-end digital multimedia, CAD, video digitizing, video editing, 3D rendering, authoring and graphics desktop publishing systems. While digital video rentals was still in it's infancy, we soon moved our focus to retail, custom building consumer multimedia PC systems and setting up Novell networks for businesses. Within one short year we expanded locally to nationwide via mail-order and became one of the largest multimedia direct marketers in the United States. With prior architectural design (and numerous AIA competition awards) I did brand development for MPS, designed & remodeled our first retail store in San Francisco on 342 West Portal Ave. Oversaw all the technical aspects of the operation, streamlining the mail order process, shipping, fulfillment, accounting system, and workflow. With Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, designed and published catalogs and advertised in many local and nationwide magazines including Computer Shopper, Computer Monthly, New Media Magazine, PC Catalog, Computer Currents and Microtimes.
