Designing end-to-end user customer experiences centered around a custom, self-driving vehicle made for local goods transportation. Completing all parts of the design process, including design strategy, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes and engineering handoff documentation. Working with nearly every product team at Nuro designing products for customers, partners, remote vehicle operators, general operations, and customer support.

Led design of all branded materials including co-branded partner collateral and investor pitches. Organized and managed a brand agency in the full rebrand of Nuro. Also, organized and worked with video agency to produce brand story video for the Nuro’s 4th anniversary.

Worked as a cross-team designer to support 5 different product teams with visual and interaction design. Unified multiple teams’ experiences and wrote design documentation for engineering to assist in the launch of the new redesigned driver app.

Worked on Uber Commute, an effort to use the Uber matching system to match everyday commuters with other commuters to carpool to work together. Launched Uber Commute in Washington DC. Conducted UX research, wrote research plans, made key product decisions, and coordinated with marketing teams. Worked with the product manager to develop the product roadmap and was responsible for delivering the full product design, design documentation, writing content, and user journey creation.

Lead designer for the driver on-trip experience. Developed a UX framework that extended the driver experience beyond single pickup to multi-passenger and package pickup. With this framework, Uber was able to expand its business into UberEats, UberRush, UberPool and other transportation services.

First designer on the Growth team. Art directed marketing agencies for social advertisement creation. Redesigned rider and driver signup and referral flows. Executed experiments to increase referral virality.

Created Uber’s brand guidelines, established for marketing materials both printed and digital. Supported city teams globally with branded collateral for marketing events and promotions.

Uber’s first design intern. Developed designs for promotions (ex. Uber Ice Cream, UberPalooza), brand evolutions, icon design, and corporate swag.
