  In Grand Design’s Partners In Progress program, we aim to utilize our extensive experience in RV dealership Fixed Operations management to strengthen relationships with dealer partners. Our goal is to set industry standards in customer and dealer support through innovative methods. To achieve this, we plan to employ various communication channels like phone, email, text, video conferencing, and on-site visits. These efforts will specifically focus on providing comprehensive in-person support in areas such as Technical Training, Parts, Service, and Warranty to our dealer partners.
