CurrentAs a Senior Systems Administrator, I am part of a core team that ensures that the experience that end-users have while using BCLC systems and products is positive, allowing them to do what they came in to do, leaving feeling confident and happy. Some of my role highlights include:• Ensures high levels of systems availability, security, and integrity are maintained through proactive monitoring of all internal and external systems• Highly skilled in identifying, resolving, and coordinating response to incidents that effect production systems guarding against major revenue impact • Continually collaborates with the Management, Team, and stakeholders to improve procedures and streamline processes, research and review automation opportunities, and ensure that we persist as an industry leader• Provides first-rate, courteous customer service, developing and maintaining working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers, service providers, and regulatory bodies• Establishes new hires assuring precise, appropriate training in all processes, procedures, and policies
