419Th Maintenance Training Manager
Davis County, Utah, United States
Being in the military I gained self-confidence and the ability to motivate, lead, coach, support, and supervise others. As a Training Manager I focused on planning, analyzing, coordinating, scheduling, instructing, and monitoring academic training for our maintenance squadrons. I would identify problems, determine root cause, inform leadership, create solutions, and implement changes as needed. Researched data trends, behaviors, numerical and statistical data for our training program. I analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, evaluated courses, lessons plans, and our day to day work routine. Instructed our Air Force Training Course (AFTC), and Self Aid Buddy Care (SABC). Instructed SAPR in 2015 at the Wing level. Developed lesson plans, spread sheets, surveys, man power stats, and follow policies and regulations and AFI’s to complete all tasks. Reached out to Air Reserve Command, Functional, Career, Program Managers, Commanders, Supervisors, and other resources available to obtain information or guidance. I conducted Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) & Commander Directed Compliance Assessment (CDCA), inspecting programs, documenting findings, lending assistance, and make sound recommendations to leadership.
