As a Combat Arms Instructor, I instructed classroom training on weapon safety, weapon knowledge, range safety, better marksmanship skills, and instructed them during extremely stressful conditions while they are inside our firing range shooting their weapons safely. Using ISD (Instructional System Design) methods, I customized lesson plans to aid in what I taught to the class. I can use different teaching aids like, dry erase boards, TV's, PowerPoint slide shows, props, and other aids that our students can learn from. I instructed anywhere from 16 to 40 troops in a month. I graded and scored their targets and I could make corrections to their shooting skills to make them a better shot or to get them ready for an upcoming deployment.
