Allowing for real time review and closure of records discrepancies. Document management including reviewing, building and uploading of the digital records. Responsible for fault finding, maintenance, continuous improvements, troubleshooting and solving of technical defects. I am very experienced in lean thinking working environments and work on yield quality improvements where health and safety is also a priority. The role involved analysis, planning, scheduling, liaising with other departments, hiring and disciplinary actions, personnel assessment reviews and other management duties.
