-Manage and process payroll. Revamped the entire payroll process: created standardized time sheets, set up a reconciliation between the ERP software system Encompix and paper time sheets, converted from manually inputting data to uploading the data in 1 file into ADP, and moved the entered-into-ADP-deadline back a day. This work was done to move the company away from paper to digital.-Revamped vacation calculation process. Worked with IT to set up and track vacation time through Encompix. While moving from paper to digital, centralized the information in the process.-Process billing. Updated procedures by removing the keying of the same data multiple times. Instead, data from Encompix populates Excel reports. Re-imagined receivable report for better viewing and to include more pertinent information. Work with Project Managers and Purchasing to meet billing milestones.-Redesigned Excel monthly financial files. Removed duplicate data, condensed tabs/sheets, and streamlined the data flow while decreasing the production time 50%.-Calculate monthly bank reconciliations and process journal entries for month end closings. Journal entries include payroll, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses.-Assist CFO in managing daily cash. Process AP as needed.
