Kim Gill has more than 30 years of experience in the field of real estate development. He operated his own private property investment firm in Fort Worth, Texas, from 1984 to 1999. During this time, Kim Gill developed a number of small- and large-scale residential projects, including West Bursey Ranch in Keller, Texas and Bentridge Estates in Hurst, Texas. He also completed several commercial real estate projects, among them the Rand Theater in Fort Worth and the Tom Thumb Shopping Center in Lewisville.Since 1999, Kim Gill has served as chairman of real estate development at Fort Worth’s Sable Holdings. His daily responsibilities range from negotiating settlements and acquiring financing for new properties to directing on-site construction operations. When he isn’t working, Mr. Gill enjoys playing golf and tennis in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. He also has won a Paladin Award in recognition of his multiple philanthropic activities.
