As a technical support specialist for a large multi-building school district, I learned the importance of quality tech support. I moved into a network management role and worked with my team and Google to be the first school district in the nation to develop and implement a 1:1 device initiative where every student was given a Chromebook supported by our team. We created many systems and standards along the way to support such a large-scale and robust network that was unheard of in a school at the time. From there, I moved to a Technology administration position for another K-12 district, repeated this initiative, and added Apple device support alongside Chromebooks. During this period, I was also building out my own business. Today I own and operate Tech Support Of Georgia. We are a managed service provider for small to medium-scale businesses.
