Current position consist of more than two titled responsibilities in an NPO, Graphic, Web/UI & UX Design responsibilities.As a experienced and creative design professional I provide leadership in the design, coordination, and development of all graphical elements of client proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials. To oversee and develop the graphic/web design team and to manage key client design projects. I report to the directors and operations teamResponsibilities:· Lead and manage the design team, including assign projects, coach and evaluate designers in the execution of prescribed designs within brand standards.· Successfully provide direction to and support the staff designers in concept creation and production of client proposals, presentations, multimedia pieces, marketing collateral, discussion documents and internal projects.· Working closely with the Marketing Project Managers and their clients, provide creative concepting, develop creative ideas and graphical treatments, blend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high–impact sales collateral, websites, presentations (including Flash), proposals, graphics and other sales tools.· Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our internal and our clients’ brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging.· Work effectively with Marketing Program Managers and the Director of Operations to develop compelling visual concepts and themes for marketing products and services.· Manage the flow of work and appropriate graphics resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
