Co-led design and development of a restorative engagement program for people who have experienced institutional abuse.

With a focus on responses for people who have used family violence, successfully co-led projects to design:▪ an accommodation-based service for people who have used family violence▪ statewide outcomes and indicators and an approach to client outcomes measurement▪ a service to respond to people using family violence who pose a serious risk.Provided leadership in: human-centred design (internal consulting); lived experience engagement and supporting Aboriginal self-determination.

Influenced person-centred practice at The Orange Door, leading projects to co-design:▪ a client experience toolkit and client voice process▪ a client partnership strategy▪ the client experience of the phone system.

Led a small team to co-design innovative service concepts for out of home care (three-month appointment).

Design and research to support the department’s response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence.

Led a project to design ways to promote and improve complaints processes in residential care. Included co-design and testing activities with young people in care and professionals.
