Directed the product placement, selection, tracking and maintenance of a dynamic 5,000+ collection of books and products for the First Book Marketplace -- a 501c3 eCommerce webstore -- achieving gross sales of $6.4 million in 2017. Coordinated weekly stakeholder-driven product meetings to manage new and existing products and decide immediate and long-term digital strategy; Mobilized social media team to align blog, social media and email content with web strategy, creating banners and sliders to turnover existing inventory; Executed funded partnerships from inventory purchasing and product placement to special events and reporting, fulfilling special requests for prestigious authors and community leaders above expectations; Organized conference scheduling, quarterly client sales data, and custom reprint program for time-sensitive purchases; Revamped consignment program to creatively expand product selection with partners; Deepend staff knowledge of products, from leadership to front-line representatives, to connect the company with the market.
