I was also responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance (QA) on the project. Responsible for the interpretation of drawings and specifications and communicating this information back to the client to ensure the correct path was being pursued and once clarification received, accountable for directing and communicating clearly with the field team and ensuring the correct procedures were adhered to and followed. Accountable for ensuring the correct allocation of human resources to meet the project timeline which included assigning tasks to team members and ensuring necessary equipment was in place.
