This includes both face to face and online support. I also offer FULLY-FUNDED coaching programmes for eligible Greater Manchester SMEs.I am a Chartered Marketer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and non-executive Chairman of a UK technology company that provides Supplier Management software to global brands such as Domino’s Pizza, Sodexo and Costa Coffee.BACKGROUNDMy early career was in Change Management. I worked in and led teams that delivered major change programmes in large organisations. This provided me with an invaluable grounding in what makes people tick and how to help them adapt and flourish in fast-moving environments.My interest in Growth Management was sparked whilst studying for an MBA at Manchester Business School (awarded with Distinction in 2001). It was here that I learnt how and why many of the world’s best companies (big and small) either succeeded or failed in their attempts to grow.I spent many years in leadership roles in small, medium and large organisations. Each role had business growth at its core. In that time, I took mature businesses into new markets and successfully launched new brands and new business units in the UK and North America. I’ve worked in a wide variety of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, business services and, most recently, technology. My roles have taken me from Basingstoke to Belfast and from Stafford to San Francisco. Whilst there are many differences between these sectors and geographies, there are far more similarities. I have benefited greatly from the lessons that can be learnt and shared across these boundaries.
