· Responsible for managing Northwest District for Fanzz/ Just Sports store locations including: developing and executing strategies to drive business; store financials including expense control / profitability; hiring and developing associates and management Teams; creating and promoting a sales culture; as well as assisting driving E-commerce sales from brick and mortar locations.· Achieve or exceed store sales through team engagement; strategy execution, communicating goals and reporting team performance relative to those goals; and creating / administering effective recognition and reward mechanisms· Provide sales, customer service, inventory control / loss prevention training to teams of 150 + front line employees and management· Shared product knowledge and merchandise training for key brands including Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Reebok, New Era, Zephyr Graf-X, ’47 Brand, Top of the World, Mitchell & Ness, and Majestic products· Conduct regular team training's and development to help motivate, develop and retain management talent· Maintain consistent presentation and merchandising standards resulting in a visually enticing stores that are neat, clean, and organized· Provides feedback and offer possible solutions to corporate and other cross functional business partners
