Finance Partner (CFO) with BDO Ireland - A driven and accomplished Senior Executive with extensive financial, transformation and business management experience in professional services. Being fully supported by a team of dedicated professionals I take complete ownership of the firms’ Financial Function. The role focuses on Strategic Banking Relationships, Treasury, Partnership & Partner funding, day to day Working Capital Management, ongoing Reporting and Compliance requirements which encompasses our incorporated subsidiary entities and our annual external Audit. The role also includes Budgeting / Forecasting with critical analysis to ensure the firm is fully versed on all aspects of our financial wellbeing. This includes the development, monitoring and delivery of our financial benchmarks and key metrics.Responsibilities also include ownership of the firm’s Internal Property & Facilities Function overseeing ongoing operational issues in addition to large project management incorporating the move to our existing premises. For the period from 2004 to 2019 I also had ownership of our IT Function with support from our IT Director and transformed the function and infrastructure into a modern world class environment.
