Conestoga College student studying International business management, and I am currently completing my fourth year. I am currently employed at Zehrs Loblaws within the Receiving/Perpetual Inventory Department.Throughout my studies at Conestoga College I have been able to expand my skills within team building, critical thinking, and communication. One main aspect of my education involves case analysis projects. Through these team based projects, I have had the opportunity to focus on real world business issues and events where I am able to use my critical thinking and communication skills to develop ideas, processes, and solutions.In my current employment, and academic positions I have learned that success relies on an employees relationship, mentality, and collaboration with the organization, its employees and customers. I aim to utilize the skills that I have learned and developed to create and maintain this kind of success within an organization.
