Helping AIT in creating cloud and cybersecurity functional requirements and translating these into technical requirements and support architectures with Allied and Partner Nation representatives from their Ministry of National Defense and Cybersecurity Commands.In previous projects, he advised senior U.S. Army leaders on cloud computing, data center consolidation, application containerization, and IT service management programs. Provided architectural guidance for the U.S. Army Cloud Way Forward initiative and recommended that the Army use commercial cloud services to increase efficiency, lower costs by taking advantage of scale, improve security, and optimize application/system performance and availability across all Army commands. He also worked with the Army's Data Center Consolidation Plan (ADCCP) providing expert knowledge to ARCYBER/NETCOM, CIO/G-6, and PEO EIS on hybrid cloud architectures for the Enterprise Computing Environment (ECE), the predecessor to the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA), that will suit the U.S. Army’s specific organizational, operational, and budgetary needs.
