Managed the professional support services which are delivered at the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority.Such role encompassed many responsibilities, such as relationship and opportunity management, service delivery planning, technical team coordination, engagement management, crisis management and its follow-up activities, all of this aiming at deriving the most value from IT investments made.

Assuming the Product Management role:• Participated in the localization projects and their subprojects for Navision Financials 2.60, Navision Attain versions 3.01A and 3.60 and Microsoft Business Solutions 3.70 and its review in Denmark.• Conducted training events and workshops for partners• Developed an add-on for both Microsoft Navision 3.70 and Autodesk Inventor 8.0 which allows for the exportation of Inventor assemblies to Navision Bills of Materials and items.• Provided local partner support, focusing both on Fixed Assets, General Ledger local requirements and also onsite assistance to Commerce Portal and integration projects.

Integrated the Portuguese Navision team as a resident consultant, actively collaborating in the localization of Navision Financials 2.60 and Navision Attain 3.

Integrated the Enterprise Resource Planning team:• Actively participated in the implementation of a financial and fixed asset management system for a financial group, based on Navision Financials 2.60• Assumed a technical coordination role in the Enterprise Resource Planning team, managing a small team of developers• Participated in the development cycle of the public sector accounting system add-on for Navision Financials 2.60

Full member of the Systems Integration team, focusing on the management of shared real-time data between automated planning systems for railroad enterprises.Worked closely with country-specific labour rules which, once fed into heuristic functions would lead to distinct duties and tasks assigned to human and rolling stock roster resources.Participated in the quality assurance and certification projects, having co-documented procedures and instructions related to software development.
