Our major program is focused on improving home monitoring and health decision tools in the area of Diabetic Retinopathy and Macular Degeneration (AMD). Research on our tools is supported by the National Eye Institute of the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the UK National Health Services and we continue to better understand how to fundamentally improve people's resilience to chronic eye health problems so that they keep their sight and maintain their independence. We believe that the self-efficacy and disease awareness required to prevent blindness can be expanded and improved with low-cost tools. Our clinical study results show that KeepSight tools have >500% improvement over standard of care vision monitoring tools - and we are seeking funding partners to deliver them free to patients.
