Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions by leading, developing, and empowering a team of Agile Product Managers for the Technology Experience Services area. Responsibilities also include managing a team focused on product management, vision, intake, prioritization, planning, value delivery, reporting, governance, and oversight. The Sr. Manager uses department objectives and metrics to manage performance, drive continuous improvement and provide guidance and feedback to product teams to ensure delivery of business value. The Sr. Manager is also a people leader, with the ability to identify people's strength, coach on opportunities and grow a strong team of product managers. This role has five Agile Product Manager Sr. Advisors reporting.
