I am result driven technologist and IT Executive, with significant expertise in leading the delivery of business solutions through technology teams. In my career, I’ve predominantly been responsible for the management and engagement between IT engineering and business teams. I’ve been described as a sophisticated individual, with a pioneering career, coupled with a “hands-on” approach to managing projects, people, and delivery. Being responsible for the full SDLC, my responsibilities have recently been focused on Agile (Scrum/Kanban and Lean), cloud technology, Big Data and Dev-Ops, across different continents i.e. managing remote and localised delivery teams. My fast-track managerial career has been a huge success, and is a result of my continued, demonstrable professionalism in any role. My most desired skill set, is my ability to build committed, focused, peak-performing and diverse scrum teams both on and off-shore. I have over 20 years’ experience in technology and strive to become a “valued” member of any executive team.
