The Online Vacation Mall (was) a leader in online leisure travel sales. At the Online Vacation Mall, I was responsible for the overall content and design production of the website site, input over offline marketing efforts, the development of co branding affiliations with other travel providers such as Expedia, Travelocity, and Carnival Cruise Lines, research and development of alternate content delivery feeds and methods, and reservation process strategy and optimization. During my career the Online Vacation Mall earned numerous awards, including Yahoo Internet Life’s top 50 most useful sites award.The Online Vacation Mall was owned by BVK and The Mark Travel Corporation. Part of the family of companies including: Trisept Solutions, Mark Travel Corporation, Funjet, BVK, United Vacations, Southwest Airlines Vacations, Online Vacation Mall, and Mark Net World.

At mark net world, I was responsible for management of two production departments: the web design department and the web site production department. These departments included five designers and five web site producers.Much of my job entailed project management and development of website design and programming projects for travel and non-travel clients including online transactions of airline tickets, hotel rooms, and vacation packages. Additional responsibilities were client contact and support, new sales pitches, and web marketing. I also researched and designed processes with new technologies and mobile delivery, such as PDA information delivery applications.Mark Net World was owned by BVK and The Mark Travel Corporation.
