Under my management the company grew from 6 MUS$ to 20 MUS$. • Built and led the execution of turnaround plan to bring the company to positive cash flow.• Built management and managerial processes to support growth and efficiency.• Worked with company’s global and local customers. • Set and implemented strategy – transfer the focus from development to sales.• Reduced cost and transferred part of production to the USA (OS) and China.• Directed and executed a successful re-finance from shareholders and bank.• Led to legal settlement with big global company in regards to patent infringement claim while receiving license agreement that created competitive advancement.• Worked and managed relationship with and among the different shareholders.
