We specialize in translating cutting-edge technologies into thriving businesses by co-creating tailored business models and facilitating strategic connections within the industry BridgeTech will identify and invest in technologies across the following key areas – Health and Wellness with focus on clean label products and product enrichment; Sustainability, and Food Safety We seek to back solutions that can bring meaningful answers to the challenges faced by the food industry without requiring major changes to the product itself (taste, aroma, texture). These solutions should be compatible with existing manufacturing equipment and infrastructure, allowing for retrofitting without major investments We will work closely with the companies we invest in to build business models that can be seamlessly integrated within the food industry, rather than expecting the industry to adapt to the technology.
